Romulus Nedelcu

Romulus Nedelcu specializes in corporate law, international trade law, real estate, and international commercial transactions. He has been involved in complex mergers and acquisitions, including cross-border mergers and international real-estate transactions.

In addition to his extensive experience, Mr. Nedelcu was part of the team that advised both domestic and foreign clients on a wide variety of business areas and elaborate commercial transactions and corporate matters, including incorporation, private equity investments, structuring joint-ventures or other appropriate vehicles, demergers, project and structured finance, international transactions, corporate governance, employment and labor matters, securing requisite approvals, and handling any disputes or dealings that may arise from specialized legal areas.

Mr. Nedelcu graduated from the “Spiru Haret” University in 2004, School of Law, with a concentration in commercial law. He practices in Romanian and English.
