Specifically, RMDT advised several major foreign clients on real estate project development, real estate financing, real estate investment funds, asset-based lending, asset securitization, unsecured financing and refinancing schemes, multilateral joint ventures, etc, in connection with the implementation of several major real estate projects such as residential projects in Bucharest, Cluj Napoca and Craiova, industrial sites in Bucharest and Drobeta Turnu-Severin, a number of shopping malls in Bucharest and Brasov, a hotel / hostel network in Romania, etc, as well as during the set up and the operation of several accommodations and lodging facilities across Romania including two hotel / motel chains, etc, particularly in connection with the project financing, the real estate due diligences and land purchase or lease agreements, or with the design and construction processes as well as with the obtaining of all the relevant authorizations, permits, classifications etc.
